Hi I’m Stacie, a doula, hypnobirthing and yoga teacher specialising in pre & postnatal yoga and birth biomechanics.

When I was pregnant with my first son I completed my 200 hour Yoga teacher training. Understanding the mind-body connection led me to hypnobirthing to prepare for his arrival.
